Making of America (MOA) consist 19th century materials from the antebellum period through reconstruction. It contains 22 (955 volumes) journals, 267 monograph volumes, and 31 volumes of the United States Government's Official Records of the Union and Confederate Navies and 134 volumes of the United States Governments's The War of the Rebellion: a Compilation of the Official Records of the Union and Confederate Armies.
